Our objective is to assist in forming new relationships and exposing your work to a greater public audience.   In the past, our weekends have been great successes and lots of fun.  We have continuously been recognized in the press - check out our press in the Home Reporter last year – and each year we continue to grow!

Getting the Word Out
We will provide the main publicity, posters and maps  in many local areas; including but not limited to all major Brooklyn neighborhoods, NYC (such as Chelsea, Flat Iron, LES, Soho, Noho, West Village, Upper West Side, Upper East Side) Staten Island, Queens, and the Bronx; as well as a large selection of websites and local highly read blogs.  We ask you to help us spread the word by posting in your favorite locations, by sending to friends and relationships, and by posting on your websites, blogs, emails, facebook, google+ and twitter.

Participating Artists
We need your agreement to have your studio open to the public, your name(s), address with cross streets (so we can mark the map) and your medium.  If your space has multiple participating artists, we will need all artist names, info and medium.

The fee to participate is $55. per artist. If you are a gallery, shared art space, studio, arts center, etc. with many artists (4 or more) and would like to participate, the fee is $220. (Studios with more than 4 artists can also take advantage of this price or can choose to pay individually). NOTE: WE ARE FULLY COMMITTED TO HELPING CONTINUE TO RESTORE RED HOOK’S LOCAL BUSINESSES.  30% OF YOUR FEE WILL BE DONATED TO RESTORE RED HOOK.  WE WILL ALSO BE ASKING OUR PUBLIC ATTENDEES TO OFFER A OPTIONAL DONATION THAT WILL BE INCLUDED IN OUR DONATION.  IT HAS BEEN REFRESHING TO SEE OUR NEIGHBORHOOD COME BACK TO LIFE BUT THERE IS STILL MORE TO DO.

Traditionally we have had artists, restaurants, local shops, real estate, churches, etc. open up space to allow you to show your work.  If you want to participate, contact us and we will list you (first come, first served) in line to be paired with an available space.

The deadline to sign up is Friday, May 17. We will then print our materials and begin mass distribution (in addition to our online advertising, sponsorship’s promotions and press coverage)!
